In each country of the Western Balkans, we have a team that accompanies candidates on the ground throughout the
entire process till the relocation. Then our team in Germany takes them over and stands there to help them with everything else.
Knowing the culture and labor market in the Western Balkans and Germany, we can consciously and purposefully
cater to the concerns and desires of our candidates like no other one.
 

Our candidates - nursing staff:

We only recruit where the nursing job market is over-saturated. This is the case in the Western Balkans. Therefore, our candidates

are ready to leave their homeland to work in Germany under good conditions. Our intermediation for them is free of charge.

Our clients - Hospitals:

We help our clients fill in the gaps to their needs with healthcare workers that suits them. Hospitals have an integration
management concept according to DKF. In this way, new employees quickly become respected members of the team.
The placement fee is paid by the hospital.
