In almost every country in the Western Balkans, we have a team that accompanies candidates on- site through the entire process before their arrival. Afterwards, the German team takes over , providing support with everything that follows. With our in-depth knowledge of the culture and job market in both the Western Balkans and Germany, we are uniquely positioned to address the concerns and wishes of our candidates. take care .
Our candidates – the nursing professionals :
We only recruit where the job market is favorable, where nursing staff market is oversaturated. This is the case in the Western Balkans. Our candidates are therefore willing to leave their homeland to pursue their work in Germany under good conditions. We
take our candidates seriously and are always available personally and through our complaints management system .
Our customers - Hospitals:
We help our clients fill their staffing gaps with personnel that are a good fit for them. The hospitals have an integration management concept based on DKF principles, which we monitor. This ensures that new employees quickly become respected team members. In accordance with the employer -pays principle , the hospitals also cover the placement fee.
Free of charge for candidates :
Our candidates are important to us! That's why we keep our promise: candidates will never have to pay us or the hospitals any money. That's why we check every employment contract with the hospital before signing it to ensure it's free of repayment clauses, and that's why our contract clearly outlines which costs we cover. We take full responsibility for this commitment.
